What’s On?
There’s something on just about every day of the week in Meekatharra, including free yoga sessions, indoor cricket, board games and craft nights, pool, darts and trivia competition at the pubs, open mic night at the Commercial Hotel, outdoor movies at our historic Picture Gardens, and all kinds of family, club and community events. Highlights are our Outback Festival, the Buttah Windee Barramundi Festival and the annual Races, all held around September each year. Our outdoor swimming pool is open from noon until 7pm every day during the warmer months, and we also have a gym, tennis and squash and basketball courts, exercise trail and lovely relaxing walking paths along the creek. We’ll keep you busy!
